Jasco is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to manage and lead eCommerce Channel product and category marketing strategies to generate profitable annual growth and support equity management. Leverage eCommerce Channel behavior intelligence for brands, shoppers and customers. Measure performance to drive net online sales, operating profit and market share of eCommerce business.
Manage 3-5 direct reports for Ecommerce team by providing direction, prioritizing activities and ensuring effective and efficient communications among the team and key stakeholders.
Content Development: Develop marketing and content strategy to meet sales targets. Ensure best in class product listings. Develop value-add educational content and marketing tools to help engage and support the customer. Work with marketing on required creative product listing assets.
Business Strategy: Develop strategies for sales, customer acquisition and retention. Develop and recommend appropriate pricing and promotional strategies to drive sales. Work with the pricing team on developing pricing for products and promotions. Work with operations and legal on contract approval process for new accounts. Help with the onboarding and testing of new accounts.
Digital Campaigns and Database Management: Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, social media and email marketing to drive Ecommerce sales. Leverage SEO for all E-Commerce channels directly or through an agency partner. Optimally promote brand and partner initiatives to optimize customer experience and meet marketing objectives.
Partner with Digital Marketing and channel partners to stay informed of industry initiatives/trends, new technologies and process enhancements through benchmarking and best practices research.
Business Operations: Manage the day-to-day site and channel operations working with other functional support areas including sales representatives, forecasting, inventory replenishment, and distribution/logistics to ensure satisfactory customer experience with ecommerce site and order fulfillment. Work with Consumer Care to ensure satisfactory issue resolution.
Analysis and Reporting: Create and distribute reports that analyze account sales, shipment and POS sales, margin health, in stock status, inventory flow, buybox, consumer behavior and campaign activity. Make recommendations to optimize performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Analytics or related experience.
Ecommerce experience including, but not limited to Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, Walmart.com, Home Depot.com, Target.com, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Two years in Data Analysis, Ecommerce, Product Management, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurial business role or related experience.
One year of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of website content management and E-Commerce operations.
Strong business and project management skills.
Excellent communications skills, attention to detail and ability to manage across multiple internal functional areas.
Experience with SEO/SEM.
