eCommerce Sales Key Account Manager
The eCommerce Key Account Manager (eKAM) will have the opportunity to create, own and execute the customer strategy for a key online retailer.
Playing a crucial role in RB's digital transformation this role will require strong organizational, strategic, and cross-functional skills with opportunities to interact with the eCommerce Leadership Team to drive success.
Develop and manage customer relationship with buyers; own customer strategy ensuring local RB business objectives are achieved
Achieve / exceed all key sales measures (POS Consumption, Gross Sales, Net Revenue, and Gross Margin).
Work in close partnership with Brand & Performance Marketing to ensure development & implementation of customer category strategy and best-in-class execution
Collaborate with Innovation Teams to identify macro-trends, curate an innovation pipeline, and execute launches
Partner with Demand Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are met / exceeded
Develop promotional strategy and execution (including trade budget management, competitive analysis, etc.) to effectively communicate back to the business
2-5 years Sales/eCommerce related experience
Agile learner and collaborator
Strong commercial acumen
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to travel required
