Primary Responsibilities

The eCommerce Intern within the KeHE Solutions eCommerce group is responsible for creating, managing and growing online-based accounts. KeHE Solutions eCommerce is a sales & fulfillment group for national online retailers focused in the food & beverage industry, servicing top specialty, international, natural and gourmet brands. Essential Functions

  • Strong focus on supporting day-to-day customer service and account maintenance functions

  • Emphasis on coordinating Amazon Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) orders with customers and the warehouse for proper execution

  • Account maintenance duties including inventory/order uploads, pricing analysis, item updates, freight claims, etc.

  • Interact with customers and within the organization to resolve issues (i.e. work with operations to make sure orders ship in a timely manner, resolve inventory issues, work with carriers to resolve issues, collect payments, etc.)

  • Communicate time sensitive information to customers via phone, email and fax

  • Must be able to maneuver through a warehouse environment safely and with ability to lift larger packages sometimes weighing as much as 40-50 pounds while shipping orders or processing customer returns

  • Entrepreneurial mindset to identify eCommerce marketplace/drop-ship opportunities and develop business case to pursue

  • Be part of an on-call group willing to answer consumer inquiries and monitor inventory and systems during weekends and off hours (includes a cell phone allowance)

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

  • Current college student with a focus in a Business, Economics, Marketing or a similar Business-related field

  • Experience in online eCommerce sales and .com transactions especially Amazon FBA experience

  • Advanced skillset in MS Office required; specifically: Excel Vlookup skills, sorting/filtering large quantities of data with analytical mindset

  • Proposal and presentation skills preferred

  • Position will be located in Romeoville, IL
