You Are:

Experienced in data analysis and analytics for ecommerce brands. Passionate about telling compelling stories, driving strategic decision-making, and optimizing client websites through A/B testing. The person in this role will thrive if they enjoy working in a dynamic and agile environment. Employees that are successful in this role are comfortable with autonomy and leading client work streams while also willing to work within the larger team to solution and deliver projects at scale.

The Work:

  • Own analytics data analysis for clients and recommend tactics for additional measurement, optimizations, and client strategy, developing slide decks and client facing reports to summarize analysis and effectively present material to internal teams and external clients.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on analytics, storytelling, and A/B testing/site optimization, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.

  • Employ proficiency in data visualization tools to create compelling narratives and present findings to stakeholders in clear and concise presentations.

  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making for clients.

  • Utilize knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to identify areas for improvement and prioritize tests.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to anticipate needs and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Provide active monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with Digital Strategists, UX Designers and Front-end Developers by conducting in-depth analysis of site KPIs, user behaviors, and customer journeys.

  • Proactively identify new analytics capabilities and optimization strategies to bring added value to our clients.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to analytics, storytelling, and website optimization.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for expanding analytics and optimization services to new clients or industries.

  • Assist in the development of strategic recommendations and business cases based on data-driven insights, helping clients to achieve their goals and objectives.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics for ecommerce or digital marketing

Bonus Points For:

  • Strong expertise with Google Analytics and or Shopify commerce data, with a focus on data interpretation, storytelling, and A/B testing/site optimization.

  • Prior ecommerce or digital marketing agency experience

  • Strong analytical skills and ecommerce subject-matter expertise; with experience in statistical analysis, A/B Testing platforms, click-tracking tools, or methods aligned with Conversion Rate Optimization.

  • Proficiency in PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools to generate Client Dashboards, Internal Reports, and ad-hoc Research.

  • Experience using Google Tag Manager to implement event tracking, marketing tags and Google Analytics ecommerce tracking.

  • Deep understanding of business context, financial measures, and storytelling techniques to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work independently and thriving in uncomfortable situations.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
