Position Title: E-Commerce Outbound Team Lead
Department: E-Commerce
Reports To: DC Supervisor/Management Team
Location: E-Commerce Distribution Center (MDDC)

Hours of Operation:
Work Schedule: Wednesday
Saturday 7:00 a.m.
5:30 p.m. Days and hours may fluctuate due to workload. Must be able to work weekends and overtime when necessary (2 positions).
Job Responsibilities:
E-Commerce operations for Jos A Bank at MDDC is seeking an interactive, communicative, dependable and motivated team player to join their team to provide assistance to management with daily E-Commerce fulfillment operations. The responsibilities of the position will consist of but are not limited to the following:
Performs staff level responsibilities when not performing lead responsibilities
Conducts Daily Huddle Meetings
Communicate Safety Tips
Coaching those employees who are not Meeting the Reasonable Expectation
Daily Production Planning as needed
Daily Schedule Control as needed
Conduct 1 Hour Interval Follow-up to Give Employees their Score
Input Employee Lost Time Tracker Information
Assist management to promote "best practices"
Assist in training and developing of employees.
Maintaining current & accurate inventory
Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all employees and management
Assist in maintaining all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition
Assist in maintaining compliance with security measures as prescribed by management
Understand the department's goals and objectives
Participate in personal development opportunities
Maintain and promote a positive attitude consistently
Assist in other projects or in any other areas of the distribution center
Requirements:
Basic MS Office skills
Intermediate Excel skills a plus
WMOS System Knowledge
Working experience in department a plus
Demonstrated "Leadership" skills within department
Performs current duties at a "Meets or Above Standard Rating"
Must consistently meet or exceed departmental average "Units Per Hour"
Ability to fill-in for Supervisor for any shift, in any department or building when required
Ability to work effectively with others at all levels and to consistently display a high level of professionalism in all interactions
Good verbal and written communication and interaction skills
Good people and interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with all levels
Ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritize daily tasks
