The Ecommerce publisher is responsible for managing and publishing content and product information for the US ecommerce website using Core Media content management system, Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager, and Product information / digital asset management systems (ADAM & Salsify)

The ideal candidate is experienced in refining, localizing and publishing content using Core Media or a similar content management system to drive revenue and consumer engagement on a B2C ECommerce site. They will have strong attention to detail and experience managing product information and digital assets to ensure timely and accurate content and product replication supporting product releases, promotions and other activities. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) Business Manager is preferred. The ability to multi task and meet deadlines is a must. Willing to work overtime or on weekends if departmental demands required is a must.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintains and updates content for US English and Spanish Ecommerce websites

  • Manage and publish content within content management system and related tools, ensuring local and global guidelines have been met and QA processes are completed

  • Work closely with the Ecommerce team to get necessary approvals and follow process as required before publishing content and partner with graphics team as required

  • Monitor website content around campaigns and promotions in compliance to Americas brand guidelines and accuracy requirements.

  • Perform thorough UAT and maintenance tasks, such as checking for broken links within websites, monitoring use of digital assets, checking appropriate page weight and ensuring the regular review of copy on all content across the site.

  • Ensure timely and accurate posting, tagging, and linking of content.

  • Manage and maintain tagging and metadata across all web pages

  • Coordinate content deliverables by assembling and cataloging content outputs.

  • Complete basic image editing tasks with Adobe Photoshop, including cropping, resizing, optimizing for web, and other tasks routine for a publisher

  • Maintains Products in the product information management system and Salsify digital asset management system ensuring correct product information on the website

  • Sets up products and support product merchandising on ecommerce platform using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) Business Manager

  • Ensures SEO optimization on page copy, meta and product descriptions.

  • Assists with SFCC/Demandware site merchandising, A/B testing, and UAT around new site / CMS enhancements as required

  • Build strong internal relationships with US ECommerce, digital, creative, merchandising and wider marketing & Global ECommerce team. Collaborate with and learn from colleagues in similar roles globally.

  • Become the team expert in CoreMedia CMS, PIM & DAM platforms (Salsify & ADAM); coach the team members, and share knowledge & key insights, platform releases & functionality with the wider team. Provide input into platform roadmaps as relevant.

  • Be willing and ready to work on other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Content Management System preferably in ecommerce retail environment

  • Product Information Management / Digital Asset Management System experience required

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware) Business Manager preferred

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, XML highly regarded

  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work

  • Must be able to perform well in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing environment

  • Pro-active and results orientated

  • Self-motivated, analytical & structured approach to your tasks

  • Strong verbal, written and PowerPoint presentation skills

  • Quick learner and adapt to a professional and high-performance work environment

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drive UA consideration and conversion via all digital channels, mobile platforms, communities, and UA.com site. * Develop integrated conversion-driving experiences within App experience, and digital channels leading to UA.com. * Lead the Content strategy, editorial approach and content development pipeline for all Connected Fitness Health and Fitness * Partner closely with digital Product teams to determine best ways to acquire new community members and deepen engagement, drive premium services and recurring revenue. * Integrate Community marketing strategies within UA.com properties including UA.com website, social media, content strategy, Retail, and email * Drive monthly active users to support publisher business model * Partner with Business Development and Media Sales to bring branded content franchises to life * Establish KPIs for marketing campaigns including email direct marketing, social networking, promotions & special events * Translate UA brand-centric marketing strategies into Community programs, driving brand awareness and conversion back to UA (UA.com, UA retail, and Wholesale channels). * Establish and maintain campaign learning, and work with analytics team to present consistent reporting on efforts.
