Responsible for the analysis, documentation, and reporting of eCommerce sales and marketing programs; Analyze and report on eCommerce trends within BIC trade categories, including market share and changes in consumption; evaluate and optimize ROI on eCommerce related programs.

  • Analyze, report, and communicate key metrics and insights of all eCommerce sales channels for the organization.

  • Evaluate performance KPIs including POS, market share, marketing spend ROAS, and Amazon-specific metrics such as LBB, Rep OOS, FTIS.

  • Collaborate with eCommerce Marketing and Customer teams to optimize ROI and margin profile within eCommerce.

  • Work with Customer Development team to better understand the digital shopper and develop digital shopper profile within BIC categories.

  • Collaborate with BIC Marketing to provide expertise on digital/eCommerce inform innovation given digital consumer behaviors within BIC categories.

  • Identify trends, insights, whitespace opportunities, and best practices for eCommerce / digital in order to accelerate momentum and growth.

  • Gather and consolidate disparate data and analytics from multiple data sources.

  • Generate repeatable ROI models for E-Commerce / Digital investments.

  • Bachelor degree required finance, computer science, marketing, business, or other related field.

  • 3+ years of analytics experience. Experience with Amazon required. Experience and Omni-Channel accounts (Walmart, Target, Staples, etc.) preferred.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Amazon ARA Premium required. Knowledge of ad platforms, web analytic platforms, database management strongly preferred.

  • Highly-proficient with advanced Excel functions.

  • SQL and Business Intelligence (Power BI) tools a plus.

  • Experience with Amazon marketing tools (AMS, AMG) required. Experience with Triad Retail Media, Criteo, Facebook Business Manager, Retail Link, One Click Retail, Category Share Data - MPD/Slice Intelligence a plus.

  • Prior experience with SEM, SEO and content analytics preferred.

As a subject matter expert, you will interpret and analyze clinical data from various sources and recommend best approaches for its consolidation. Primary Responsibilities: * Management of quality projects across multiple stakeholders to manage performance monitoring and evaluation to meet CMS requirements * Be the SQL reporting SME responsible for building and supporting applications that house business monitoring and operational performance data specific to SNPs. * Quantify project efficacy and project metrics using descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics. * Import, export and analyze data required to support process improvement effectiveness. * Partner with stakeholders and leadership to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization on data initiatives. * Conduct gap analysis, data mapping, data testing and quality measures as needed for issues, projects or processes within the analytic area. * Support project teams in creating and implementing customer-facing reporting packages from disparate data sources (i.e., SQL, Excel, Access) * Liaison with other reporting departments to streamline report requests and avoid duplicative effort. * Serve as a SME to Clinical Quality Consultants requiring data support. * Adopt a collaborative approach with team members & business partners, and demonstrate a willingness to lead conversations, make recommendations, and apply solution-based thinking. Required Qualifications: * Experience in programming language and/or product tools, data extraction application/analysis tools (i.e. SAS, SQL, VBA) * 2 years healthcare data analytics i.e., HEDIS, STARS or Medicare regulatory requirements related to health plan quality * Strong computer skills in Excel (Pivots, Macros, Formulas, Filtering, Solver, Sparklines) * 4 years of Data Mapping, Data dictionaries and/or Data Management, Data Governance approaches and methodologies * Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and/or Commercial health plan information * Strong computer skills in Visio (Process Flows) * Ability to analyze issues and problem solve with multiple priorities, improve process efficiency and research conflicting and / or inaccurate data * Experience gathering and documenting requirements from the client / business Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience * Experience with clinical systems and processes * Experience with process evaluation and improvement, workflow and benchmarking * Working knowledge of relational databases and database structures * Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business * Logical, detail oriented thought process with the ability to breakdown a complex problems into individual root causes * Knowledge of UHC systems as well as desk top applications * Self-driven, ability to work independently and facilitate change in a complex, matrix organization * Excellent verbal and written communication and critical thinking skills UnitedHealth Group is a Fortune 6 company that offers a broad spectrum of products and services dedicated to helping people live healthier lives and making health care work better for everyone.
