Why We Need You

PEMCO's dynamic Digital Services team has a unique structure. We are directly accountable for online sales and self-service capabilities for our desktop and mobile customers. We need you to analyze user acquisition, self-service, referral metrics, retention, and other metrics for our eCommerce websites; then recommend and implement solutions. In this role you'll continually help shape PEMCO's online interactions, with the satisfaction of having an immediate impact on customer behavior and sales results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collect, mine, extract, track, report and analyze data pertaining to web performance and identify critical business and product insights

  • Use predictive analytic models to inform actionable recommendations for site improvement

  • Identify trends in web traffic and site use and produce trending reports for both internal and external use

  • Participate in the analysis and interpretation of results to be delivered to management

  • Generate regular and special reports and analyses and present data in user-friendly reports and dashboards

  • Develop new metrics and studies to quantify the value of different aspects of discovery and discussion/sharing, and set up ongoing reports to continually measure their performance

  • Review web analytics, develop standard dashboards, and resolve tracking inconsistencies

  • Design variable maps and coordinate on all web analytics tool-related issues, paid search integration, event tracking, and campaign management

What You'll Bring

  • Six or more (6+) years' total experience within an IT or digital environment, preferably in analytical, design, or development roles

  • Three or more (3+) years' experience in analytical and modeling skills with ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights

  • Three or more years' (3+) experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics Cloud, Tealeaf, and ClickTale

  • Understanding of basic statistics (including modeling techniques such as regression)

  • Experience with SPSS or other statistical packages for modeling

  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent related work experience

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with charting, large data sets and macros

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access)

  • Knowledge of SQL preferred

  • Experience working in an e-commerce environment preferred

  • Experience working with Tableau software preferred
