What you'll do

The eCommerce Account Manager, will lead and manage responsible e-Commerce accounts to meet and exceed business and profit plans for KIND LLC. This person will drive collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver sales results and growth ambitions. This role includes management of key external broker partners to assist in calling on responsible accounts. The responsibilities include:

Create & deliver the operating plan:

  • Develop and implement short and long term vision & strategic business plans to drive company growth objectives for responsible accounts.

  • Identify and lobby internally for key enablers to facilitate account growth (new product development, differentiated assortment, etc.

Account management:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders for responsible accounts.

  • Define and implement a collaborative planning process to develop sales forecast/plans and go-to-market strategy.

  • Develop an account specific strategy to achieve budgeted goals for sales and profitability. Make a persuasive proposals to the individuals account based on analytics and future trends.

  • Communicate and gain alignment with key account stakeholders including buying, marketing, supply chain and merchandising team.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Generate and deliver weekly and monthly reporting, including: sales, promotions, conversion, etc.

  • Analyze and interpret data to uncover successes & opportunities that will assist in delivering objectives.

  • Communicate findings, solutions and best practices to internal and external stakeholders to drive future growth.

Your qualifications

  • Must be willing to work in the Midtown, New York City office

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

  • 3-5 years' experience managing and collaborating with national e-Commerce retailers

  • Strong experience presenting to retail customers required

  • Skilled project manager with experience in strategic planning and execution

  • Strong capabilities in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Team player: Partner with cross functional counterparts including Trade Marketing, Category Management, Operations, Marketing and Finance in achieving goals; share best practices and learn from sales team members.
