In this position...

Ford Motor Company's Under Body Systems Engineering (UnSE) team within the Product Development organization is in need of an eBeam System Engineer to support electrified system engineering for Front and Rear ebeam.

This position will provide the qualified candidate an opportunity to work in a global, fast paced, fun team environment with exposure to several cross-functional areas including lead system engineering, Electric Vehicle systems, NVH, Vehicle Operations, Tier 1/2 Suppliers and Program Management.

Ford Motor Company's Under Body Systems Engineering (UnSE) team within the Product Development organization is in need of an eBeam Systems Engineer.

What you'll do...

Able to integrate ebeams into existing and future electric and series PHEV vehicle architectures.

Provide technical system support throughout all phases of the vehicle program to ensure robust system engineering and program execution and performance.

Work with program team to understand the required functional and physical properties of an ebeam system.

Ensure linkage to system DFMEA and manufacturing PFMEA.

Work with Tier 1 supplier, Vehicle Engineering and Vehicle Controls team to ensure system / subsystem interfaces delivery.

Identifies, tracks, and resolves engineering issues.

Support program launches.
