Stage materials for E-Beam Production.
DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:
Responsible for driving the FMCNA culture through values and customer service standards.
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transfer materials from warehouse areas into production areas.
Use of electric handlift to move materials.
Coordinate material transfers with the Dialyzer management, including ordering materials.
Ensure production line is adequately supplied.
Place and document dosimeters used during process.
Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse storage area and clean work environment at all times.
Verify staged product matches product to be processed.
Label and remove sterilized material to designated area.
Load and unload carriers with product. Re-palletize product.
Maintain a safe working environment for self and others in accordance with Fresenius Safety policy.
Understand and follow all applicable Fresenius policies, procedures and guidelines.
Conduct tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Assist others to promote team work and cooperation.
Maintain general housekeeping of working area and plant.Follow all Fresenius Policies.
Regular attendance and maintaining a good attendance record is an essential function of the job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to wear personal protective equipment that may include safety shoes, gloves. The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands and fingers to handle, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
or one to three months related experience and/or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Abilities in record keeping, legible handwriting skills, and follow detailed procedures. 90 production days to become familiar with the set-up functions and material handling duties. Becoming familiar with fill line equipment and appropriate documentation responsibilities.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
Ability to deal with standardized situations.
