Responsible for knowledge of multiple system platforms to deliver access and services to all clients such as Business and Consumer Internet Banking, Debit Cards, Business Visa Credit Cards, Bill Pay, ACH transactions, Wire Transfers, Mobile Banking, ATM's, Mobile and Remote Deposit, as well as other advanced services supported in the department. Ability to handle internal and external calls and answer detailed questions. Utilize customer first characteristics when dealing with both internal and external customers. Demonstrate and implement our Trusted Advisor strategy to all internal and external customers.


  • Data Entry Processing within a team environment

  • Familiar with First Federal Bank's products, policies, and procedures

  • Understanding of department job duties and assignments

  • Perform specific tasks assigned by the Department Manager or Assistant Manager

  • Responsible for completion of time-sensitive job duties

  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to balance customer needs with bank policies and procedures

  • Provide backup for multiple functions on the E Banking Team

  • Completes other duties as assigned

  • May require onsite customer training for advanced services as needed


This job operates in a professional office environment. Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements.



High School graduate or equivalent.


General knowledge and understanding of banking rules and regulations and delivery platforms. Responsible for knowing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies that include but are not limited to Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering rules, NACHA, Fair Lending, Community Reinvestment Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and other laws and regulations as they pertain to the position.


Additional banking experience preferred


Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Functional knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

Accurate data input and attention to detail

Ability to follow directions and assist other team members

Willingness to learn.

This position has 3 levels, 1-3. Level of position will be determined based on candidates background, skills, and abilities.

Patient Access Specialist / Registrar Responsibilities include: * The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for performing admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at Mercy Health * Patient Access staff are responsible for assigning accurate MRNs, completing medical necessity / compliance checks, providing proper patient instructions, collecting insurance information, receiving and processing physician orders, collecting point of service collections as well as past due balances * Patient Access staff are responsible for the utilization of quality auditing and reporting systems to ensure accounts are corrected. * Patient Access Specialists are responsible for the pre-registration of patient accounts prior to patient visits. Comprehensive knowledge of patient insurance process for obtaining authorizations and benefits verification. Knowledge of Health Insurance requirements.
