Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, legal compliance and governance strategies. We also provide Specialty consulting services including clinical/health management program design, pharmacy solutions, disability/absence management strategies and claims audit services. Product based solutions such as our pharmacy purchasing coalition round out our broad-based suite of offerings.
The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting members and providers of a non-profit Health Benefit Plan in resolving benefit and claim issues.
Become well versed in the Plan designs and Benefit offerings of the Health Plan
Problem solve issues that arise to reach a resolution
Formulate questions that lead to better resolutions for the membership
Work with multiple resources, both internal and external to the organization, in order to help the plan's membership
Maintain an accurate record of all interaction with members and providers in the Plan's proprietary software
Learn and understand software that facilitates the successful performance in the position
Ability to work and think independently
Willingness to participate in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Possess quality verbal and written skills
Openness to travel within Colorado to client locations
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
