The Regional Service Director owns the client service responsibilities for all local field sales offices in defined region. They will recruit, train, hire, manage and motivate our service staff within those offices to continue our long standing reputation as service leaders in the industry


Duties will include designing and implementing strategies that include cross-sell block growth, persistency and customer loyalty initiatives. This position is responsible for establishing workflow and processes that will result in measurable contributions to top and bottom line growth for the organization.


We are seeking an individual with an impeccable 10+ years service track record in the insurance or financial services industry. Managerial experience helpful. The candidate should have:

  • extensive Group and Voluntary product knowledge

  • strong organizational, planning, time management and delegation skills
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability and desire to coach and mentor others
  • excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and conflict management skills

In addition, a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.

This will sit in our North Carolina field office
