Environment and Scope of the Position: (For example, primary duties and responsibility, etc.)

Initiates and develops resident treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues, and other staff. Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and family members. Performs individual and process group therapy sessions including preparing materials for sessions. Manages client files by having all appropriate documents. Communicating with referral sources and corporate representatives. Attends treatment team meetings. Participates in community meetings and scheduled outings with clients. Completes family sessions as necessary. Facilitates utilization reviews with appropriate funding sources in a timely fashion. Attends trainings as necessary. Maintains client caseload daily. Maintains safe, orderly, and therapeutic physical environment for clients including crisis intervention.

Capable of role modeling to the clients. Helps to maintain strong clinical program. Staff able to work together to effectively meet the needs of the clients. Maintains positive relationship with referral sources and families. Chart maintains compliance with licensing regulations. Completes required trainings and mandatory training hours.

Profile: (Knowledge/Professional/Technical Competencies)

LCSW/LPC required. Strong clinical skills in mental health and eating disorder treatment. A working knowledge of HIPAA, licensing, and CARF regulations.

Experience:

Facilitating process groups, one-to-one sessions, and family sessions. Drug and Alcohol/ Mental Health experience. Treatment planning experience.

Masters Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling. One of the following credentials: LPC-A, LCSW-A, LMFT-A, LMFT LPC, LCSW.

Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and thorough proper handling of all monies assigned. Proactively participate in the sales/quality referral process of the branch and engage clients in conversation as directed by management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Provide professional client service, which includes, but is not limited to: performing accurate transactions, greeting the client, smiling, using the client's name during the transaction, and thanking each client for his or her business. Refer clients to other branch team members and specialists as needed. 2. Perform the basic transactions of a paying and receiving teller such as accepting deposits and loan payments, verifying cash and endorsements, cashing checks within limits and obtaining further authorization when necessary, issuing money orders, Cashier's checks, and redeeming savings bonds. 3. Prepare individual daily balance of teller cash transactions as well as other reports as necessary. 4. Perform more complex transactions (with assistance as necessary) such as: a. Large commercial deposits; b. Close-out transactions; c. Cash advances. 5. At the discretion and direction of the supervisor, responsible for collecting his or her own cash items. 6. Follow all operating procedures as outlined in Branch Operations Manual (BOM). 7. Handle proportionate volume of work based on branch demands Required Skills and Competencies: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
