Purpose

Serve as a critical team lead and team player on the corporate reliability team to drive and sustain best practices in maintenance and reliability across the manufacturing locations to enable world class performance within manufacturing reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Regional Team Leader of Roseburg's reliability team reporting to the Director of Reliability.

  • Serve as a mentor and coach for site Reliability Managers, Maintenance Managers, Planners/Schedulers, and others to help each be optimally successful in their role.

  • Define the standards and best practices that lead asset reliability efforts across the organization with ownership over a region of facilities.

  • Represent the company's interest in maintaining a strategy with the engineering group to ensure long term-health for Roseburg's assets at each site in the region.

  • Drive Uptime and OEE performance across the organization.

  • Develop, Implement, and Review the Standard Roseburg Reliability Program (RRP) and EAM system.

  • Identify and implement business-centered maintenance best practices and procedures.

  • Ensure standardization of downtime coding, analysis, reporting, and utilization driving improved bottom-line results to the business.

  • Drive Inventory Management Best Practices across designated sites.

  • Evaluate and drive implementation for corrective actions from CFL's to mitigate re-occurring site specific downtime issues.

  • Serve as stakeholder for reliability in the CapEx gate process for each site in region.

  • Identify key asset reliability skills required throughout the organization.

  • Obtain and provide training in key asset reliability areas.

  • Monitor key performance indicators in accordance with the Best Maintenance Practices and utilize standard reporting tools to measure gaps and drive improvement.

  • Identify and work with site team members to implement Maintenance Skills Programs and Apprenticeship programs that add long-term value to our organization.

  • Assist with the optimization of Site Preventive/Predictive maintenance programs.

  • Conduct Regional Communication and Training Conferences related to Reliability and Maintenance

  • Audit site results and provide feedback to Site Leadership team.

  • Model Company core values.

Required Qualifications

  • BS Engineering Degree, or equivalent, with 5+ years of progressive manufacturing maintenance and reliability experience.

  • 3+ years' experience in maintenance and reliability supervisory role

  • Demonstrated use of Infor, SAP, Maximo, Oracle or other Tier-1 CMMS as an effective maintenance and reliability management tool. Preferably Infor

  • Demonstrated use of RCM, Cause-Mapping, RCFA, PM Optimization, MRO Optimization, and Planning/Scheduling Optimization Standard Methodologies

  • Demonstrated effective verbal communication skills including mentoring, coaching, facilitating discussions, and delivering presentations and project updates to all levels of the organization

  • Previous leadership role/roles in various maintenance & reliability positions in a manufacturing environment.

  • Travel 40-60%

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS Engineering Degree, or equivalent, with 10+ years of progressive manufacturing maintenance and reliability experience.

  • SMRP certification (CRL, CMRP, CMRT, etc.)

  • 5+ years' experience in a multi-site regional maintenance and reliability role

  • Multiple full-life cycle deployments of EAM and RCM across multiple production facilities

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other Continuous Improvement methodologies

Remotely in Eastern U.S. to allow effective travel to RFP facilities
