Monitors are needed to assist with the the Eastchester Eagle's Champion Academy, an after school recreation & support program for Eastchester Middle and High School students. In the program, students will have the opportunity to participate and enjoy group activities (arts/crafts, games, physical activities, cooking, and more) in a supportive environment tailored to meet their specific needs. Each month will include various themes (i.e., wellness, kindness, gratitude/empathy, friendship, resilience/perseverance) to assist students with social skills, recreational skills, and decision making skills.

Location:

Eastchester Middle School, Rooms 154 & 155

Dates:

• Mondays from 2:30pm

• 3:30pm, November 2023 - June 2024

• November (11/20 and 11/27), December (12/4, 12/11, and 12/18), January (1/8, 1/22, and 1/29), February (2/5, 2/12, and 2/26), March (3/4, 3/11, and 3/18), April (4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, and 4/29), May (5/6, 5/13, and 5/20 ), June (6/3)

Stipend: $38/hour
