Collins Aerospace has an exciting opportunity in our Environmental and Airframe Control Systems (EACS) business unit. Our Engineering Effectiveness team is currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Earned Value Analyst.

As the Earned Value Analyst, you will work closely with our team to support monthly reporting processes and deliverables, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of financial and resource reports for our EACS programs. You will also be expected to maintain an up-to-date central data set of program financials as well as actively collaborate with program engineers and other functions. This includes working on plans, actuals, cost/schedule variances, estimates, and risks.

You will also play a crucial role in supporting the resource management aspect of our programs. This involves inputting the resource demand loads into our management tools generating business-wide resource reports and offering some degree of program administration assistance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Compiling monthly EVM reports for Program Management.

• Highlighting pertinent information derived from analysis of program data, including trend analysis - high proficiency of MS Excel is expected.

• Attending program meetings and evaluating EVM data to facilitate program performance.

• Participating and helping to cultivate explanations for initiatives.

• Working in tandem with program to deliver and drive financials.

• Coordinating efforts of other teams including contingent workers.

• Building positive relationship with team, customers, and leadership.

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.

• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

• Minimum of two years' experience working with Earned Value.

• Proficiency with MS Office Programs (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, with Excel (pivot tables and macros)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial EV software (Cobra or EVMS for Project).

• Experience with Collins Aerospace Mission Systems CT3 tool suite preferred.

• Experience extracting data from SAP.

• Some familiarity with MS Project

• Demonstrate an understanding of earned value management principles.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
