Early Years Childcare Assistant - Immediate Start

Hiring multiple candidates, Easy Apply, Full Time Job Description We are looking for full-time Teacher Assistants, wanting to start in the next four weeks, to work with early childhood education centers, preschools, and daycares across the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area. As a Teacher Assistant, you will support the Lead Teacher in executing lesson plans, managing the classroom as well as implementing activities.

In this role, you will also be responsible for actively engaging with the children throughout the day and supporting their development. In this role, it will provide the next step in developing your career in Early Childhood Education. You will gain experience through learning next to qualified Lead Teachers and gaining opportunities to assist more with activities in the center.

This role comes with a competitive hourly rate between $17 - $22 per hour, paid weekly. With this role, there is no requirement to work weekends and will be on a Monday to Friday schedule within hours of 7:30 to 4:30 pm or 8:15 am - 5:15 pm. Responsibilities: Assisting the Lead teacher in daily activities with the children in the center Follow guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
