Early Preschool Teacher at Primrose School of Ashburn

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Preschool Teacher to join our team at Primrose School of Ashburn. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Primrose Balanced Learning approach

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children

• Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on children's progress

• Observe and assess children's development and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to meet state-specific requirements for education and experience

• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to professional development

• A Degree in childcare is preferred
