Easterseals Florida is seeking an Early Learning Childhood Educator to join our team in our newest program, The School for Limitless Learning. With its play-based curriculum and inclusive approach to education for children who are neurodiverse or have other related disabilities, this new private school represents a significant milestone in our community. The Education Curriculum and Program Specialist plays a crucial role in the design and implementation of effective educational programs for children aged 6 weeks to 2nd grade.

Basic Responsibilities:
A snapshot of what you'll do:
Provide a positive, safe, stimulating, and inclusionary learning environment
Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
Provide constant supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of each child within the learning center
Maintain open and effective communication with parents and families
Work collaboratively with other educators and staff to promote a positive and cohesive team environment
Screen and assess children to determine developmental and educational needs. Develop and implement
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field with coursework (preferred but not required)
A Florida Staff Credential (one of the following):
Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC),
Early Childhood Professional Certificate (ECPC),
National Early Childhood Credential (CDA/NECC), or
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development
Successful completion of the Florida Department of Children & Families 45-hour Child Care Training
Current CPR and First Aid certification
