Salary $41.00 - $44.00

Earn $250+ per Behavioral or Mental Health hire with our employee referral program


  • Degree from an accredited physical therapy program (Masters or Doctorate preferred)

  • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy

  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to scheduled client homes and schools in assigned region

  • Bilingual Spanish a plus!

Job Highlights

  • Part-time Physical Therapists (PTs) qualify for Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and sick pay

  • Drive time and mileage reimbursement traveling between client visits


  • Provide one-on-one services to children from birth to 3 in their natural settings, such as in their home, daycare, or community

  • Work with families to help guide, assist, and support their children's progress

  • Work closely with families and the regional center to provide essential services

  • Work with the administrative team to help schedule and manage child's services

Provides treatment and education to prevent, correct, or alleviate a disability, decrease pain, promote physical fitness and well-being and improve function.</p><p>Role operates under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and charge therapist, generates assessments and treatment plans and implements interventions using physical therapy techniques as defined in the Illinois Practice Act for Physical Therapists and in accordance with physician referral. Provides treatment and education to prevent, correct, or alleviate disability, illness, or injury, decrease pain, promote fitness and well-being and improve function.</p><p>This position will be part orthopedic and part pelvic floor.</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Must have a degree in physical therapy from an accredited school.
