Early Intervention Clinical Supervisor

SUMMARY: The employee provides supervision, support, problem solving strategies and assistance with decision-making to Service Coordinators. Participates in delivery of Early Intervention services to assigned cases.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Supervise EI staff in all aspects of clinical performance including development and implementation of appropriate interventions to meet child and family needs, understanding of and adherence to program policies and procedures, responding to clinical issues regarding their caseload or related aspects of Early Intervention, and periodic record review.
Provide yearly clinical evaluation and work review.
Assist with orientation of new staff as indicated.
Provide direct Early Intervention services for assigned cases.
Attend and actively participates in community meetings as appropriate.
Approve assigned staff timesheets through the ADP System.
Assume Program responsibility in the absence of Director and/or Assistant Director
Attend Management Meetings as requested.
Maintain assigned productivity level on a monthly basis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Participate in all staff meetings and required training sessions, including in-service training, as scheduled.
Maintain all program and Agency required trainings.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge obtained through attainment of a bachelors degree required, masters degree preferred.
Knowledge and skill obtained through attainment of a CEIS certification.
Knowledge and skill obtained through a minimum of five years Early Intervention experience.
Knowledge and skill obtained through a minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
Maintains on file, a current copy of all required professional licenses, CPR, first aid and health records.
Experience in reflective supervision practices.
Skill in communicating and working with others.
Ability to participate in program planning and implementation cooperatively with the Program Director and Clinical Coordinator, in a positive and solution orientated manner.
A qualifying criminal background check, driving record and a valid drivers license required.
