Job Summary

Nature of Service: To serve as the Health Content Expert for Early Head Start home-based and center-based students to review health documents, health histories and provide staff training.

To act as an Early Head Start health consultant on Case Management meetings, attend Multi-Discipline Team meetings, and consult with parents. Refer families to health services providers and data enter Early Head Start health data into the Child Plus system.

Requirements / Qualifications

Required/Qualifications: Licensed Registered Nurse.

Services Requested: Not to exceed 666 hours per school year.
