Three (3) current letters of reference signed and dated within the last three years. No Electronic Signatures Accepted. Resume. Proof of education (transcripts or diploma). Experience/Education:

Two (2) or more years of experience in preschool/social service programs and with families/children of various social and economic groups desirable. Completion of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (emphasis in Early Childhood Education preferred) Knowledge of: Head Start/California State Preschool Program requirements and standards Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance as related to California State Preschool and Head Start programs Principles, techniques, strategies, trends, goals, and objectives of comprehensive ERSEA and family/community engagement programs Ability to: Effectively and efficiently plan, organize, and implement assignment areas within the Early Childhood Learning program; provide support, assistance, and expertise in resolving issues pertaining to pupil services; communicate effectively in oral and written form; establish and maintain effective organizational, community, and public relationships; develop, utilize, and implement a team concept in the decision-making process; provide staff development and in- service workshops; utilize human relations and conflict resolution skills.

The Transportation Area Manager (TAM) will serve an advisory role and act as the primary point of contact for a designated region's Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) training and operational needs. The TAM will be responsible for ensuring a designated region obtains the required training on compliance and safety related functions to safely and successfully execute CMV operations. The TAM will possess tremendous follow-through skills, sound judgement and the ability to "roll up their sleeves" to support and drive execution of CMV operations within a geographic region.
