SALARY
The minimum salary is $16.342 per hour
This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime, if applicable.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this position is to assist Early Child Care Teachers in the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum in accordance with state and national accreditation standards.
Current hours for the position are Monday - Friday, 10:00a to 2:00p. Please note that hours are subject to change.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
SPECIAL LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Must complete the following training provided by a Kentucky Credentialed Trainer, as required by Kentucky Day Care Licensing and Regulations:
Orientation 1 and 2 within the first three (3) months of employment
Pediatric Head Trauma training within the first six (6) months of employment
Pediatric First Aid and CPR Certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment and maintained as a condition of continued employment
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
All positions require drug testing, record and Child Neglect and Abuse (CAN) checks, fingerprint-based National background check, and State and National sex offender registry checks before employment and may require a post-job offer physical as stated in Ordinances 21-14(b), 22-13 and 23-16.
