As an Early Career Consultant III, you'll support building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through best-in-class college relations and early career development programs. This highly-visible position collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute on Williams strategy to attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry. You will bring energy to this fast-paced always changing environment with the ability to solve problems quickly and creatively.

Supports creation, execution of branding and marketing strategy on assigned campuses
Identifies, recommends, and implements program enhancements or process improvements both recruiting and development
Develops and implements early career leadership development programming
Develops and implements early career technical and non-technical learning program
Cultivates diversity programs and partnerships, increasing acquisition and retention of diverse talent
Develops and executes a robust strategy for tracking metrics and ROI of college recruiting and early career development programming
Maintains knowledge of talent competitors and current trends in early career development
Manages early career program and multi-discipline rotational program
Other duties as assigned
