The EAF Transactor is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.


  • This role executes on the end-to-end product offering lifecycle

  • Identifies, gathers, and organizes client insights, internal innovation ideas, marketplace analyses and trends to drive to new opportunities

  • Follows market, industry and client trends to own field and adapts them for application Citi's products and solutions

  • Ensures product delivery is provided in a consistent, professional and high quality level planned and coordinated with unit Manager

  • Works in close co-ordination with stakeholders to fulfill the delivery objectives

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


  • 3-5 ears of experience

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

Provide support and coverage for senior transactors throughout the transaction life cycle in origination, structuring and credit approval phases

Support transactors in post-closing tasks such as CP fulfilment, funding and reporting

Research emerging market, industry trends, and other strategic initiatives for EAF management

Assist with EAF marketing efforts globally

  • Facilitate deal team in transaction execution including credit analysis for agency applications, loan documentation and deal closing

  • Must be Bilingual Spanish/English

Roles & Responsibilities: The trained (per diem) Medical Interpreter communicates information such as symptoms, medical history and diagnosis between LEP (Limited English Proficient) patients and the medical provider. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Assists LEP in-patients and out-patients and/or their family members or caregivers throughout the medical center. 2. Conducts medical and general interpreting for medical providers, patients and/or their family members. 3. Communicates as clearly as possible for both the LEP patient and/or family member and the medical provider. 4. Maintains appropriate record of all requests/appointments according to hospital and/or department standards. 5. Conveys thoughts and feelings as accurately as possible and does not impose his/her ideas. 6. Relays information in an accurate and concise manner and does not omit, change or add information. 7. May be required to translate written documents. 8. Review database on a daily basis for any unscheduled appointments. 9. Responsible for entering all appointments/request onto the LEP calendar. 10. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Education: Associate's degree from an accredited institution Fluent in both English and Spanish Experience: 2 years minimum interpreting experience in a medical setting Medical Interpreter Training certificate from accredited training program and Certification from National Board (CMI) or Certification Commission for Healthcare Interpreters (CHI), preferred.
