The Mission Systems Capabilities Division's Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) team is seeking an energetic and proactive person to join their team.
This role will include all facets of program finance including establishing / managing program Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB), analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimates at Complete (EAC), conducting Earned Value analysis and determination of appropriate Earned Value techniques, and associated variance analysis using various enterprise toolsets including Cobra and SAP.
The Program Analyst will work cross functional alongside program management, Integrated Product Teams (IPT's), Control Account Managers (CAM's), Engineers as well as our own Financial & Business Operations (F&BO) organization to meet the expectations of this fast-paced development program.

Finance or related degree or equivalent experience/combined education
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications; expertise in Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail Oriented Independent, self-starter
Ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment
Working knowledge of various Finance functions (i.e. EVM, contracts, estimating, planning, FP&A, etc.)
Proficient in various program finance applications (i.e. SAP/ERP, COBRA, etc.)
Basic understanding of an Integrated Master Plan and Schedule
Risk and Opportunity Management experience
An understanding of EVM System Implementation Guidelines
Accept responsibility, accountability and exercise authority to ensure cost, schedule, and technical success
Strong problem solving, root cause, corrective action, and closure skills
