  • Salary based on the 2018-19 salary schedule and may be subject to change

    1.Primary Function: Coordinates all use of auditorium facilities for in-school activities. Coordinates support personnel (Auditorium Technicians and Setup Assistants) to staff events scheduled in the auditorium in cooperation with Drama Teacher/Technical Director.
    2.Responsible to: Drama Director/Technical Director; Building Rental Coordinator; Building Principal
    3.Immediate Subordinate: Student Auditorium Technicians & Setup Assistants
    4.Assigned Responsiblities:
    4.01 Works with Auditorium Technicians and Setup Assistants in setting up and coordinating setup of equipment and sound systems for (non-drama department) events scheduled in the facility.
    4.02 Works with building rental coordinator, drama director, technical director, auditorium technicians, setup assistants, and lead custodian regrading all use of auditorium facility for in-school activities.
    4.03 Works with building rental coordinator, drama director, technical director, and lead custodian to identify set up needs for out of school activities.
    4.04 When scheduled to do so, arrives early to open facility and turn on lights at pre-designated time in accordance with rental agreement.
    4.05 When scheduled to do so, supervises students who are asked to work at pre-designated activities.
    4.06 Insures building policies are followed in regards to safety and Fire Marshall orders.
    4.07 Insures building standards are followed as prescribed by building administrators, i.e. restricted smoking, food/beverage, aisle clearance, door clearance, etc.
    4.08 When scheduled to do so, ensures building facility security at conclusion of pre-designated rental or in-school use.
    4.09 Establishes a positive working relationship with building staff and patrons who are renting the facility.

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge of the facility light panel, sound equipment, and counterweight system

First aid certification
