• As the E-Commerce Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales and maximize revenue growth across our e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our online presence through new channels, partnerships, and market segments.

• Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotions, campaigns, and product launches to drive traffic and conversion.

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, or 5+ years of E Commerce Sales or Management experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effective across multiple teams

• Proficiency in E Commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Demonstrate ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast paced industry
