As the E-Commerce Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales and maximize revenue growth across our e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our online presence through new channels, partnerships, and market segments.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotions, campaigns, and product launches to drive traffic and conversion.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, or 5+ years of E Commerce Sales or Management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effective across multiple teams
Proficiency in E Commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Demonstrate ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast paced industry
