šŸ’»The Opportunity:

As our Digital Merchandising Coordinator, you'll curate collections, optimize pages, and collaborate with our e-commerce and marketing teams to create captivating content. You'll manage our platforms, ensuring accurate listings and streamlined operations, while collaborating cross-functionally to drive improvement and execute campaigns. The Digital Merchandising Coordinator will report to our Director of E-commerce and collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, Finance, Fulfillment Operations, and Customer Experience teams as well as external partners.

This position is full-time and based in our Concord, MA office four days a week, one hybrid day at home.

Digital Merchandising + Marketing Support

  • Merchandising of collections and pages to align with sales performance, inventory, marketing efforts, product launches, and promotions; building and managing curated categories and seasonal selections as needed.
  • Execute updates to navigation, filters, product recommendations, and other category adjustments
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and e-commerce team to design and create landing pages and blog posts that help support product launches and marketing campaigns while staying true to our brandā€™s aesthetic.

E-Commerce Platform Management:

  • Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and conversion.
  • Monitor inventory levels, update product availability, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely restocking.
  • Manage listings and landing pages for international markets
  • Onboarding of all new SKUs, building out each PDP page
  • Monitor and ensure all website content is optimized for accessibility and SEO.
  • Experience using Shopify Flow to set up workflow automations and operational tasks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, logistics, and finance, to streamline processes, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with our Amazon agency, providing images and details for PDPs
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches on the website
  • Work closely with Operations to ensure inventory levels are accurate and ready to support product launch schedules.
  • Ensure our CX team has accurate and in-depth information for all product launches, promotions, site changes and marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with customer service and development teams to address customer issues to apply timely problem-solving techniques when needed to ensure we meet customer expectations.

Requirements

What you will bring

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience experience in an E-Commerce position required. Experience in online visual merchandising.
  • Proven proficiency in Shopify required (Shopify Plus preferred). Experience with ERP platforms preferred, experience with Netsuite ERP a huge plus.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to balance competing priorities at once.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Gorgias, or other related platforms a bonus.
  • Experience with Photoshop or Canva
  • Comfortable proposing new ideas to drive efficiency, conversion, and enhance consumer experience
  • Passionate about troubleshooting and persistent about finding solutions.
  • Excellent ability to put plans into action with focus and efficiency - embodies the doer-mentality
