E-Commerce Marketing Manager Europe Domestic Appliances
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Create a best-in-class shopper journey for consumers shopping for Domestic Appliance products on Amazon's websites across Europe. As E-Commerce Marketing Manager Europe Domestic Appliances, you are responsible for all Philips-related content on Amazon websites across Europe.
The E-Commerce Marketing Manager Europe Domestic Appliances is a key stakeholder for the local e-commerce Key Account Managers and consults them on how to improve our overall presence on Amazon to win with consumers.
This position can be based in the Netherlands, Poland, France, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Spain or UK.
You are responsible for:
The European content strategy on Amazon, making sure all products are optimized in Amazon Vendor Central
Coordination of localizing Amazon Product Detail Pages (Language, Images) and adding incremental value through adding local awards etc.
Improve and optimize the main parameters ((keywords, competitor analyses, Amazon SEO optimalisation, etc.) to increase our rating within the Amazon algorithm
Improving conversion rates and add-to-basket by analyzing internal- and external data, performing A/B tests, implementing best-in-class learnings across all Amazon websites in Europe
Developing a Rating and review strategy together with the European marketing team
Use user generated content to improve Customer Journey
Provide a feedback loop to relevant Marketing, Q&R, and digital teams
Develop data-driven marketing- and e-trade shopper campaigns together with the local e-Commerce managers and the European marketing teams.
Being the first point of contact for third-party suppliers and media agencies
Linking the Amazon Retail and Amazon advertising teams, leading the development of the 360 degrees communication/content/ activation strategy
Representing the Amazon EU team in local Category Squad meetings to ensure Amazon actions are agreed and executed on site

The Amazon Europe organization. This organization is part of both the European Domestic Appliances Business Marketing & Sales team and the Amazon Global Team. As we value diversity, we have a multi-functional and diverse team, spread across Europe, with different points of view, different ways of thinking, new capabilities to strengthen and improve the digital strategy for our customers. The team consists of 13 people.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor or Master degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
You are a Digital Native with solid experience in the E-commerce Retail environment (requirement)
Market Place/Online Retail experience is required
Proven experience with data analytics, converting large amount of data to meaningful, actionable insights
You have a passion for customer shopping journeys and a consumer-first mindset Action Oriented and data-driven, strategic Mindset with a holistic approach to decision-making, clearly defined decision-making process, use of data-driven insights, seeking inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholders.
You are strong in bringing structure to the process and improving the way of working
You drive Innovation and take calculated risks to accelerate and create new business opportunities putting customer centricity first
You are a natural communicator, strong in communicating with stakeholders on any level
Experience with Adobe Photoshop / InDesign or equivalent software is a plus
