Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate is very comfortable with different types of computer software and internet portals as well as having great attention to detail and the ability to learn new things quickly. This person will be very positive and forward thinking, shares new ideas for continued growth for the business, and is able to constantly adapt to the ever-changing internet world. Gaining an excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within each department will be important to their overall success.

  • Investigate and respond to all inbound customer inquiries in a timely, detailed, and accurate manner

  • Develop extensive personal knowledge of Boreal / GREE products sold on HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com and handle common questions from customers about our products, their applications, and configurations

  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service

  • Process transactions and reply to inquiries about products and services according to established department policies and procedures

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns

  • Partner with the Sales, Operations and Warehousing teams to meet and exceed customer's service expectations

  • Other duties as assigned.
