Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic fulfillment associate to join our eCommerce team. As an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for processing work orders, locating merchandise, and packaging orders for shipment. To ensure success as a fulfillment associate, you should have a good eye for detail, and the ability to follow processed procedures for domestic and international shipping and fulfillment. Ultimately, a top-class fulfillment associate processes orders quickly and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Fulfills daily eCommerce orders and provides direct and friendly communication with customers.

• Reading and deciphering orders.

• Locating and extracting merchandise from shelves and storage areas.

• Inspecting the merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities.

• Packing the merchandise for delivery.

• Transporting the packed items to the delivery pickup area.

• Finalizing the work order and updating the database.

• Processes eCommerce returns and exchanges.

• Responsible for keeping stock and generating creative ideas to incorporate our mission statement into the customer facing shipping materials.

• Adhering to state health and safety practices.

Assists in product commercialization.

• Ensures all products are consistently photographed with the uniform photography standard.

• Assists in photoshoots including pulling and steaming product.

Performs other duties as assigned by the Retail Management staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous experience as a fulfillment associate.

• Ability to read and interpret written orders.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Have an understanding of International Import, Customs, and Duties Fees.

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment with loud music and potential distractions.

• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

• Strong sense of self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills.

• Passion for Rock & Roll required.

Working Conditions:

Environmental Parameters: Ability to work in a window-less office. Ability to work in confined areas (Store stock room). Ability to work indoors and outdoors, in all types of weather conditions. Ability to work in crowds of people. Ability to work with loud house music.

Physical Demands:

Strength: Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 50 lbs. (approximately)

Type: Ability to effectively express or exchange ideas by means of spoken word. Ability to hear accurately to monitor radios and interact with the public. Ability to judge distance and space relationships; identify and distinguish colors, numbers, and figures. Ability to perform tasks concurrently. Work involves walking or standing most of the time but may involve sitting for brief periods of time.

Laptop, telephone, calculator, cash register and other retail equipment.

Administrative: Ability to complete forms. Ability to pay attention to detail and accurately distinguish data. Ability to organize and prioritize various schedules, data and documents.

Manual:

Motor Coordination: Ability to make necessary movements in selecting, picking and depositing items.

Finger Dexterity: Ability to pick, pinch or otherwise work with fingers to operate above equipment. Ability to pick up a variety of items and place them on shelves; to move knobs, buttons or switches.

Manual Dexterity: Ability to seize, hold, grasp, turn or otherwise work with hands. Ability to shake, sort, fold or stack items; to place and retrieve items.
