As part of Miele US Sales Team and reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, the Digital Sales Channel Manager is responsible for the execution of a consistent consumer experience across Miele business partners' e-commerce sites, including pure player and brick-and-click platforms. This role works in collaboration with global and local teams, including Sales, Sales Operations, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, Category Management, and Consumer Services to understand and meet the needs of the e-commerce consumer. The objective is to increase Miele's brand and product visibility in a sustainable and strategic way to pursue the growth plan.
This role is hybrid based in Princeton, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
Interface with Global and Local teams to execute consistent, best-in-class experiences across platforms, including campaigns, content, brand, and conversion.
Support the acceleration of the Miele E-Commerce business in Amazon channel through advertising activities while ensuring healthy growth measured via RoAS.
Partner with sales to establish a process to measure e-commerce content and asset effectiveness across the channel.
Establish objectives, KPIs, and benchmarks to drive and measure program performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localize e-commerce content and target campaigns for business partner platforms.
Synchronize internal and business partner digital marketing and promotional calendars to maximize campaign and sell-through opportunities.
Manage reviews and proactive seeding of new product reviews before launch to drive awareness and buzz.
Combat unauthorized sellers and fraudulent products via Amazon Brand Registry and similar platform actions.
Ensure visibility, performance and AlwaysOn campaigns (Amazon Search and DSP) to support awareness, growth, better positioning, and competitor advantage.
Identify growth and cost efficiency opportunities, monitor results, and perform advertising performance deep dives.
Work closely with local and global teams (incl. media agency) to prepare campaigns (e.g., product launches, commercial events like Black Friday) and optimized campaign budget investment per products and product categories.
Continuously optimize internal processes and relationships with involved stakeholders.
Constantly read, analyze, present, and share relevant data, insights, and learnings to adopt a continuous improvement approach for all e-commerce digital initiatives.
Requirements:
5+ years of increasing responsibility in e-commerce, digital marketing, or similar
Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Luxury brand experience preferred; agency and/or durable goods experience a plus
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, communications, or similar
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Teams, including supporting and facilitating cross-functional projects
Amazon experience, including Vendor Central and Amazon Advertising platforms
Get-things-done mentality paired with a data-driven mindset
Strong communication and relationship skills with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude
Experienced in agile ways of working; an assertive, project management-focused team-player
Solutions-focused with a responsive and flexible approach
Ability to work well with all levels of leadership and staff
