Job Description:

tMinimum 5 years of experience in APM discipline, preferably focused on Dynatrace, New Relic, Appdynamics. n tMinimum 2 years of experience leading a global team, to deliver projects and drive operations. n tHands-on experience instrumenting Synthetic, Real User and User experience monitoring solutions. n tExperience implementing and/or consulting on DevOps principles. Hands-on experience with continuous delivery pipelines, testing strategies, and quality validation. n tHands-on experience with modern software engineering processes. n tDeep understanding of container technologies n tExperience in configuring API based integrations, process orchestration using varied scripting technologies Python, Ansible. n tOut-of-the-box thinker driven to lower costs using conventional/non-conventional solutions. n tExcellent written and verbal communication skills. n tExperience working in an Agile team is a plus.

Job Summary The Warehouse Lead is responsible for coordinating the work activities and people on the assigned shift within the warehouse and its working areas and ensuring that efforts and results comply with specifications, schedules, and procedures. In addition, the Lead accurately performs the normal standard shipping, receiving, inventory, recordkeeping and related Warehouse duties. Essential Job Duties * Assists with training and guiding shift workers. Leads by demonstrating Standards of conduct and standard operating procedures. Trains in effective operation of tools, equipment, and work aids used to safely and accurately perform tasks. Explains quality standards. Monitors progress and suggest process improvements. * Provides applicant interview feedback. * Documents and shares performance and quality observations with Supervisor and provide input for performance reviews. * Coordinates and monitors work and break schedules, as well as shift workforce including temporary employees; advises Supervisor of any deviations. * Coordinates all direct customer shipping and outside warehouse shipments. Coordinates outside warehouse shipments with outside warehouse to assure timely pickup as applicable. Fulfills customer requirements including special shipping requests. * Prepares routing and bills of lading and related paperwork. * Reviews with prior and following shifts all work-in-process status and requirements. * Coordinates processing receipt of raw ingredients and packaging supplies with Quality Assurance. Partners with Quality Assurance to ensure that product is put on/off hold or in dedicated staging areas. * Coordinates work flow to ensure that all Production Department service requirements are met. * Verifies accuracy of inventory items as assigned. * Maintains bar coding accuracy through training and development of operators and their skills. * Serves a technical expert of equipment and processes. * Assists in resolving technical issues. Reports unsolved problems to the Supervisor. * Ensures safe actions or operation procedures in the department or Company. Relays unsafe behaviors or conditions to Supervisor/Manager. * Trains proper and safe use of forklift, Yard-Dog, and other power equipment operation as needed. * Shifts point person for warehouse operations' computer/scanning training needs. * Relays information and/or solicits response to work related issues as requested. If requested, attends meetings to represent work group. * Performs Warehouse Operator tasks and other functions should labor demand necessitate. * Maintain a positive working relationship with internal and external customers and co-workers. * May perform other duties as required. Knowledge and Skill Requirements * Ability to perform work related functions requiring ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. * Read, speak and understand the English language sufficient to interpret, communicate and complete instructions, production and warehouse related documents; to train other employees, and to communicate with management. Bilingual is a plus. * Solve diverse procedural problems within well-defined standards by choosing from workable alternatives. * Apply the appropriate use of the US dating system. * Be able to clearly communicate problems and malfunctions to co-workers and supervision. * Knowledge, aptitude and proficiency with hands on experience in manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, cycle counts and inventory control, and quality concepts. * Knowledge, aptitude and proficiency in computers and processing equipment including label printing and report distribution. * Proficient with Baptista's Bar Coding and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including, data entry, retrieval and reports. * General computer proficiency such as Excel and Word, and expertise in area specific programs. * Possess valid driver's license; certified forklift and power-lift operator and trainer. * Capable Yard-Dog operator; couple/uncouple, and move trailers in/out of docks and around the yard. Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED (Associates Degree in a related field preferred); minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in a food warehouse or distribution center is required.
