The Dynamics CRM Developer is responsible for technical leadership across project teams regarding Landscape Structure's CRM architecture, CRM customer portal, development tools, processes and system integration.

Under general direction, works with other members of the development team and architectural team to recommend and/or set development guidelines, tools, standards, and best practices and ensures that they are understood by all members of the development team. With the direction of IT Management acts as the application administrator for the implementation of new CRM architectures and upgrades for development, staging and production environments.

As a project team member, is responsible for the recommendation, design, development, modification, testing, debugging, implementation, support, and documentation of software systems in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.

Primary job duties and responsibilities.

  • Collaborate with other developers, business analysts and software architects to provide the best overall CRM/Portal/SharePoint experience.

  • Utilizes best practices for development and support of CRM/Portal applications and integrations.

  • Preparation of program specifications and diagrams, and development of coding logic flowcharts.

  • Development of complex programs that exchange data between application systems and relational databases.

  • Development of CRM/Portal user interfaces to provide an overall positive experience to the user.

  • Integrate existing systems into LSI's CRM Architecture.

  • Management of CRM/Portal configuration and source code.

  • Provides quality assurance and documentation for CRM and portal environments.

  • Ability to work with and ensure good Change Management practices are being utilized.

  • Good communications skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to effectively make decisions and give clear direction.

  • Effective leadership and working relationships established with peers, subordinates and functional managers.

  • Works within project timelines to produce candidate application architectures that meets business needs

  • Takes initiative to pursue understanding of new releases and products. Communicates value propositions and risks to the leadership and development teams through written documentation and oral presentations

  • User needs defined and documented

  • Formulates alternatives and recommendations and effectively communicates with others

  • Programs and systems completed with proper functionality

  • Systems designed and test plans developed based on project needs

  • Programming standards developed, documented and communicated

  • Projects directly contribute to successfully achieving strategic business goals

  • Communication with user community and team members is clear and unambiguous

  • Development and support related tasks and projects implemented on time and within budget

  • Development problems defined and solved; process improvements identified and implemented



  • Strong background in Dynamics CRM, CRM Portal and Microsoft application development in a Microsoft .NET environment with primary emphasis on CRM

  • Configuration, Java Script, C# and other Microsoft .NET programming languages.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Design or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 5 years Dynamics CRM

  • Minimum 5 years strong SQL, Integration, Web, Dynamics AX or related development.

  • Experience in Microsoft/ADX Portal development.

  • Proficient with developing, deploying and customizing CRM and the Microsoft/ADX Portal.

  • Proficient in using the CRM SDK and plugin platforms.

  • Experience with Microsoft DevOps source control systems.

  • Strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude and initiative to lead and assist team

  • Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to effectively communicate with non-technical audience.

  • Ability to creatively approach situations. Innovative thinker, high personal initiative, and results driven.


  • Microsoft SharePoint Administration, development and integration

  • Scribe Insights or other on premise to cloud syncing technology.

  • Microsoft Office 365, Azure and related cloud technologies.

  • Experience with supporting Microsoft on premise products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS).

  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online (D365).

  • ASP.NET development experience.
