Revenue Group is currently hiring dynamic Telesales Agents for some of our client campaigns in our state of the art call centers located just east of downtown Cleveland.

Summary

The Telesales Agents communicating with customers nation-wide, helping them potentially save money on their energy bills by explaining the benefits of price protecting with a sense of integrity, respect, and responsibility. Our dynamic sales agents are adaptable, dependable, confident, capable of working well under pressure, and enthusiastic about learning the ever-changing progression of energy sales.

Successful agents thrive in goal oriented and money driven motivation. They know how to connect the customer to the sale and how to overcome obstacles by addressing customer needs and turning concerns into selling points. They are capable of managing and maintaining their pipeline to achieve quotas.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicating with business and residential customer to explain the benefits of the energy products and services of our clients.

  • Utilize confident, persuasive personalities and product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.

  • Achieve or exceed daily performance markers to accomplish monthly production goals.

  • Navigate gatekeepers and customer objections striving for 1st call sale connections.

  • Proactively build valuable relationships via telephone and email to persuade potential customer to take advantage competitive pricing.

  • Attend departmental meetings, share ideas for process improvements and escalate issues.

  • Uphold the quality control standards of production rates and call quality to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
