We are currently looking for a:

Dutch Wonderland Security Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a smile and positive attitude!

• Lead by example, attitude, and as a representation of Dutch Wonderland's core values

• Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team!

• Provide creative resolutions to situations that arise in a positive manner.

• Encourage team members through positive affirmation and guide by corrective action with the Security Manager

• Maintain a vast knowledge of a group of rides in the park and is able to step in at an attraction when necessary.

• Maintain familiarity with weather codes and Lock Out Tag Out.

• Create a safe environment for team members and guests my maintaining team member compliance with company and industry best practices, policies and procedures.

• Manage a smooth rotation of team members through the day.

• Handle escalated guest concerns and criticisms with a positive attitude to deescalate.

• Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional guest experience!

• Must work well with others.

• Other duties assigned as needed.

• Scheduling, invoicing, and various other clerical items

• Ability to work in various climates.

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time

• Ability to think independently

• Strong problem solving skills
