POSITION AVAILABLE: Due Process Specialist

POSITION LOCATION: SWWC Service Cooperative region in the Willmar, MN area.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: The Due Process Specialist assists in the planning, assessing, developing, monitoring and implementing of special education due process procedures in SWWC programs and member districts.

Travel is required. Valid driver's license required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minnesota Licensure in Special Education from the Department of Education required. Bachelor's Degree and considerable experience in a job-related field or equivalent co5mbination of education, training and experience in a job related field; Master's degree preferred.

SALARY: Full-time 185-day contract for the 24-25 school year. Beginning salary dependent upon education, qualifications and experience.
