JOB OVERVIEW

The Transactions team at SITE Centers is looking for a Due Diligence Coordinator in Beachwood, OH to support the transactional activities of the company to execute acquisitions and dispositions. The Coordinator will be joining a team that plays a key role in the growth of our company. As a Coordinator, you will be involved in approximately $500M of retail asset acquisitions a year. Each day you will coordinate the collection of data from internal and external sources to support due diligence processes throughout all phases of the transaction cycle. You will communicate with brokers and third parties to collect asset information, analyze and organize data, and interface with internal departments to present your findings. We need a Coordinator comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. To thrive in this role, a Coordinator must have prior experience reading and understanding landlord leases, knowledge of common area maintenance recoveries, a high level of attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

This position works a hybrid schedule in the Beachwood, OH corporate office 3 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday required), and the option to work from home up to 2 days a week. During the initial 90-day onboarding period, we might encourage being onsite more than 3 days so you can get successfully oriented and trained in your new role.

The expected salary range for this position is between $70,000-$80,000. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, geographical and industry market data, and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Administer the due diligence process related to asset acquisitions and dispositions by gathering and organizing data from internal and external sources

  • Engage third party vendors to provide due diligence services, manage third party vendors, and ensure timely delivery and accuracy of due diligence reports

  • Interact with and gather information requested by third parties in connection with due diligence

  • Review due diligence materials to identify potential issues and risks, and address issues with SITE team

  • Assist in the preparation of valuation analysis for assets being considered for purchase and/or sale by collecting and organizing related data

  • Coordinate site visits for brokers, prospective buyers, lenders and consultants

  • Upload due diligence materials to internal data sites

  • Organize and maintain transaction files

  • Provide post-closing transition assistance

  • Assist outside brokers in the preparation of marketing memorandums for the sale of operating assets by researching and providing required data

  • Assist in periodic reporting requirements required by SITE Accounting department
