Casino Dual Rate Floor Supervisor
Job Category: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Table Games Shift Manager
General Description: Responsible for pit area, personnel and guest play for assigned section. Covers the Shift Managers shifts in their absence. Is required to deal when a Floor Supervisor is not needed. Must be able to work any shift and be available to work weekends and holidays.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees game in progress, guests and team members in assigned section.
Safeguards company assets located in assigned section.
Issues playing cards, and periodically reviews them for irregularities during shift.
Attends to any guest disputes arising within assigned section.
Enforces rules and regulations of State Gaming Commission for table games.
Maintains proper table loads through fills and credits.
Tracks and rates players.
Promotes positive guest relations.
General management of assigned section.
Assists in the training and development of dealers.
Create, facilitate and maintain a positive work environment.
Smile and engage with Team Members and Guest with a professional demeanor.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Extent of Job Authority: Authority over assigned tables.
Scope of Management Authority: Supervisor: Operates with supervisory review over others; does not have
budget authority, reports to Manager level or higher.

Education, Experience and Training for Position (required and preferred):
Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred: Proven abilities as a Casino Dealer.
Washington State Gambling Commission License
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Past dealing and supervising experience required.
Possess leadership attributes upon which to build.
Excellent guest service skills a must.
Must be able to work any shift and be available to work weekends and holidays

Must be able to stand for ten (10) hours or longer

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. May use portable radio or cellular phone to be in constant contact with department.
