Position Summary

Transform lives by providing daily and ongoing oversight for the college's dual credit programming. Responsible for developing and maintaining seamless dual credit processes for all dual credit stakeholders including course offerings, student registration and enrollment changes, faculty qualifications, HLC compliance, and student/parent communication. In addition, managing the Mid-State On Central Outreach Center and coordinating all outreach activities for the center.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead expansion initiatives by spearheading the development and expansion of dual credit programming and outreach, continually seeking opportunities for growth and innovation.

Develop and organize a streamlined dual credit course approval and creation process including facilitating high school requests, ensuring qualifications align with HLC and Mid-State's policies, and working with academic leadership on faculty mentor program.

Manage al dual credit communication and marketing to current and prospective students, parents, K12 staff and administrators.

Oversee Mid-State On Central outreach, customer service, and scheduling.

Create new marketing approaches to Mid-State On Central and dual credit programming to K12s.

Lead School to Work Coordinator meetings and grants respective to Career Prep and Youth Apprenticeship.

Coordinate the review and approval of high school faculty qualifications and dual credit agreement requests in collaboration with college deans and faculty.

Collaborate and coordinate with college stakeholders on activities, promotional operations, and staffing at Mid-State On Central.

Organize the registration and enrollment processes, and application process, when required, for dual credit offerings; including Start College Now, Fast Track Program, dual credit, academies and contracts for high school partnership. Create, collaborate, and maintain communication tracks for dual credit students.

Collaborate across the college to ensure accurate enrollment, registration, billing, advising, and academics for dual credit students; troubleshooting concerns that arise.

Manage district-wide high school to Mid-State dual credit summits and professional development opportunities for high school and Mid-State instructors to align and share curriculum; oversee processes and procedures to develop and maintain agreements.

Create and maintain documentation on all processes related to dual credit and Mid-State On Central; update office policies and procedures as needed. Ensure all internal processes are efficient and effective, offering proactive recommendations to continuously improve services.

Support grant reporting efforts including collection of required data.

Manage special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, education or related field required. Combination of education and occupational experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree will be given consideration.

Minimum of two years of experience working in education, secondary or post-secondary setting, preferred.

Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Must possess ability to:

Compensation is dependent upon experience and qualifications.
