The DTSU (Dell Technologies Sales University) Project Manager manages training DTSU projects, typically from initiation through delivery. Manages DTSU projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project.
Maintain quiz question admin section of DTSU revising quiz stems, answer options, key additions, revisions and archival process
Revise and maintain Role Profile documents, maintain Inside Dell Sales Role Profile site & In-Out deck, archive documents & archive process
Support New Role Request activities as needed
Maintain Role Profile documentation for input & approval FSE POCs & BU POCs
Perform updates and related activities in DTSU Admin (questions, learning items, badge mapping, content mapping to topic & badge)
Generate Self-Service Reports for basic analytics on DTSU badges achieved, badge maintenance notifications completed, course & learning path completions, ad hoc report requests
Support Fusion activities as needed
Perform periodic Quality Assurance audits on various DTSU elements: DTSU role badge mapping, Role Profiles, course & learning item mapping to topic & badge, quiz question and answer key accuracy, and implements corrective actions
Maintain SP sites, or other file sharing and team alignment systems
Implements process improvements for workgroup to improve customer experience or productivity
Assists with implementation of solutions that are thorough, practical, and consistent with functional or customer objectives
Uses basic sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and sales force training needs.
Assist with administration of new training programs to fill competency gaps
May work with operational support to maximize sales force productivity
Ensures all DTSU project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
Utilizes relevant DTSU project management tools, systems, and applications.
Defines supporting and/or driving DTSU process improvements.
