DTS Analyst II
The Collaborative Customer Service Analyst II, DTS position drives, supports, and owns supply chain alignment between our Customers and Niagara on Direct to Store (DTS) programs. DTS programs are built to bypass customer distribution centers and delivery direct to customer stores in order to gain logistical efficiencies. There is a strong focus on designing the most efficient routes with cost, distance and store locations to keep in mind. There will also be attention to ongoing program management and optimization. Part of the role's scope entails flagging and contributing continuous improvement projects to such efficiencies. In order to be successful in this position, it is important to foster existing relationships as well as pursuing new supply chain partnerships.
