This role is a high-value-add business partner to the DTC Sales, Financial, and Planning Organizations within Under Armour. In this role, you will facilitate revenue growth and increase sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value added information, and sales analysis tools. In this role, you will work cross functionally to bridge the gap between demand and supply. You will be responsible for identifying revenue, service and inventory risks. You will work cross functionally with global and regional supply chain partners to mitigate negative impact to the DTC and NA business. This position is currently responsible for supporting a $1.5 billion DTC business for North America and providing essential data to all levels of sales including executive leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate key reports to track on order inventory, fill rates, trapped inventory and revenue risk

  • Identify supply gaps against DTC demand signals and work cross functionally to mitigate impact to the business

  • Develop and present exception reporting on supply gaps to DTC inventory teams

  • Participate and provide data for monthly business planning meetings with DTC leadership team

  • Complete weekly gross revenue reporting and provide high level analysis on changes in revenue.

  • Develop and present "State of the Business" deck for DTC Inventory & Planning teams on a bi-weekly basis.

  • Identify business gaps, challenges and possible solutions/actionable recommendations for DTC channel.

  • Gather and analyze channel data to drive revenue expectations and opportunities

  • Management of special projects as assigned.

Computer Skills

  • Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, or other systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills.

  • Knowledge enterprise management system (SAP, Oracle, etc.) a plus

  • Knowledge of database management (Access, BW, BObj etc) a plus

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (supply chain management/operations preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience analyzing data and interpreting findings into concise summaries.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION GIMS U.S. Intermediaries ("GIMS USI") is responsible for the firm's distribution of asset management to high quality financial institutions. Assets serviced by GIMS USI include 1940 Act Sub-advisory mutual funds and variable annuities, institutional separate accounts, and managed accounts, for all of which TRP acts as investment advisor, and the TRP proprietary products. The position works closely with and supports senior managers in GIMS USI Business Management to provide administrative and operational support to these clients. This position will also interact with internal departments such as Legal, Compliance, Institutional Operations, Product and with the Sales and Client Service teams within GIMS USI. The incumbent will focus on tactical aspects (internal and external ad hoc requests, updating and maintaining databases and systems, and other activities) to support the higher level/strategic requirements of the GIMS USI business segments. In addition, the incumbent will develop the knowledge and skill set to work with these investment vehicles to decrease key man risk. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES * In partnership with USI Business Management, execute on the tactical requirements of GIMS USI vehicle and product oversight * Using analytical skills and current technology available to: * Build out and maintenance of resource site(s) * Create efficiencies for storing, tracking, monitoring, pulling required reporting * Create scalable approval process(s) * Document business decisions and communicate out * The tactical implementation of new processes and procedures * Assist with managing governance and oversight functions for USI's investment advisory business lines * Execute the process for proactive requests for data and information from internal and external subadvised teams to maintain compliance with 1940 Act regulations * Develop subject matter expertise and skills in the area of institutional sales operations, intermediary entity relationships, investment product vehicles, investment product pricing schedules, and intimate knowledge of all related legal, regulatory and compliance policies and guidelines to reduce key man risk * Proactively analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and sales support inquires in order to develop and continuously improve T. Rowe Price standards, policies and practices * As new regulations and industry standards come about, assist with cross functional conversations, planning and implementation to support * Builds strong relationships with key internal business partners as well as sales and service associates to understand evolving objectives, priorities, and competitive landscape and serve as an effective liaison and consultative partner between the sales/service and operations/legal worlds. * Work with GIMS USI and other internal TRP departments to ensure workflow processes related to supporting investment advisory clients are documented and maintained.
