DSP - Program Relief Support

Position information:

The DSP- Program Relief Support is responsible for a variety of duties related to the overall care of individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in residential programs. This includes direct care of individuals at multiple different programs and implementation of individual support plans and behavior support plans. Program Relief Supports are required to perform all duties in accordance with State of Oregon Administrative Rules, related to

the specific programs they are working with. Program Relief Supports will be expected to report to different diverse locations as needed and integrate into a variety of teams. Works day, swing, and Noc shifts to cover position vacancies or employee absences, not to exceed 40 hours per week.

Starting wage: $21.14 an hour

Wage Scale: $21.14 - $26.75

What You'll Do:

Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy home environment

Provide compassionate care with respect and dignity while encouraging independence and self-care

Assist with with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating

Meal and snack preparation

Light household duties

Provide mobility and transfer assistance

Administer medications

Accompany clients to community outings and activities (fun day trips!)
