Will collaborate with cross functional partners to develop strategies aligned to long-term organizational and financial goals in Beaverton, OR.

Will capture quantitative and qualitative insights from the marketplace and drive alignment on forecasts into demand and supply plans. Will build consensus and alignment across stakeholders on forecasts. Will create, invest, maintain, and divest strategies.

Will incorporate statistical forecasting and data-driven decision-making tools to scenario plans and extrapolate key insights. Will create long-term business strategies through financial modeling. Will deliver quantitative insights to identify key growth opportunities.

Will support and inform decision-making by leveraging point of sale data, internal financial metrics, external marketplace data, and qualitative consumer insights. Will identify potential opportunities and risks in the business against inventory plans and develop actionable recommendations. Will drive forward strategies through verbal and written communication with key cross-functional teams and leadership.

Will drive teams through key gates to create consensus and alignment. Will have zero to three direct subordinates. Will engage in 20 percent or less domestic and international travel.

We work various cross-functional teams within Seagate in helping them to promote product at numerous trade shows and select Global Events. About the role - you will: Collaborate with various internal cross-functional teams as well as industry partners and vendors in the support of planning and execution of successful small-scale regional trade shows and select Global Events. You will also: * Coordinate logistics and operations for events using project management templates & checklists: (e.g. manage registration and housing for attendees, oversee production of exhibits and displays, coordinate shipping of products and event materials, place orders for trade show services) * Oversee a variety of vendors (e.g. exhibit houses, freight forwarders, printers, AV providers, Catering Managers, hotels etc.) to ensure seamless and cost effective execution of each event * Track the trade show budget and assist in financial reconciliation as needed * Create and distribute pre- and post-show attendee communications and develop on-site staffing schedules * Travel to select shows and support onsite execution, including show set-up and break-down About you: * Excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively with various teams and personalities * Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines * Demonstrate integrity and ability to resolve problems independently * You have the ability to work well independently and in a team Your experience includes: * Solid Project Management skill * Demonstrated ability in multi-tasking, which showcases your have strong attention to detail * Working knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite You may also have: * Previous trade show or event experience Location: Longmont, CO or Fremont, CA Longmont: Our Longmont product-design campus is nestled against the foothills with exceptional views of the Rocky Mountains.
